BIMBY3D Terms of Use

These Terms of Use for Users have been updated as of February 12, 2025.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our services.

BIMBY3D is an independent company that provides BIM services for existing software, especially Revit software.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

All models are intended for use in interior design ,architecture and construction, and any use in other fields is against our rules.

Communications

By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Our goal is to save you time and provide access to the most diverse and high-quality objects and families for Revit in the shortest time possible.
These objects are optimized not only for Revit’s native formats but also for rendering engines like Lumion and Enscape and v-ray so you can enhance the quality of your renders with just a few clicks.

 Main Provisions

This document is a formal agreement between users and BIMBY3D that outlines how to use the website’s services.


By registering and using the website’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website and its services otherwise all responsibility is yours

Customers will need to create an account when purchasing any product. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are not allowed to share and / or distribute your account login details.

Customers are fully responsible for all activities carried out on their account and agree to immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. The provider will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s breach of these terms. Please note that the Provider requires all users to be over 18 years of age to have a customer account.

Our Services

BIMBY3D is a professional platform that provides high-quality Revit family and object files as well as files for related rendering engines.


All models are uploaded by BIMBY3D, and all intellectual property rights for these models belong to BIMBY3D.


Revit family and object files are available in different formats for Revit software and its associated rendering engines, including Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray. Users can download these files either individually or through a subscription for use in their projects.


Supported formats for object and family files include the following:

  • RFA (Revit Family)
  • FBX

Supported rendering engines for the files provided by BIMBY3D include:

  • Enscape
  • Lumion
  • V-Ray

Each object’s or family’s zip file includes all of these items, as well as the textures used in it.

Definitions

Account: The personal section of the website that the user accesses after registering. It includes personal data and internal information related to the use of the services.


Terms: The full text of these Terms of Use, along with any amendments and updates.


Object: A 3D model representing architectural components, decorations, or equipment that is available in a file format for use in relevant software.


Family: A set of parametric elements in Revit that have specific properties and can be loaded and used in various projects.


Software: Refers to design and 3D software tools like Revit, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray, in which object and family files can be used.


Any other terms used in these conditions will be interpreted based on applicable law, scientific doctrine, and business practices.

Intellectual Property

 All material and intellectual property rights of the files on the website are owned by BIMBY3D.


Users are not permitted to resell, publicly distribute, or transfer the downloaded files to third parties without written consent from BIMBY3D.

Limitation of Liability

BIMBY3D makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date services, but assumes no liability for any damages that may arise from using or being unable to use the services.


Users are responsible for the use of the files downloaded from the website.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

When you accept our terms and conditions of use, you will be aware that this is a subscription and that it will be renewed according to the membership you purchased, for example if your membership is Standard (Monthly) it will be renewed every month and you will be charged the cost of it, but if it is Annual, the renewal will be after 365 days. All our subscriptions are indefinite, none is for a single payment unless you cancel it before its next renewal.

You can download and use Revit objects either for free, by purchasing a subscription, or through individual object purchases  and Please note that the number of downloadable files in a subscription purchase is limited.

There is a limit of 15 RFA file downloads per day, which applies only to regular members. For other plans, downloads are unlimited.
Due to recent issues with the portal, caused by users exploiting systems and attempting to misuse the platform, overloading servers, and harming honest and responsible users, the use of spam systems to access the platform, and downloading resources in unreasonable quantities, we have decided to limit downloads to 15 per day. Any abusive behavior by members that harms other regular and premium members will result in a ban from the platform, and these banned members will not be eligible for a refund. This strengthens the policy now referred to as “Account Termination and Suspension.

COMMERCIAL USE OF OUR GOODS AND SERVICES

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these terms. It will not hold harmless and indemnify the Provider and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action arising out of or related to the use of the Good or the Services or the violation of these terms, including any liability or expense. arising out of claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, lawsuits, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Changes to Terms

BIMBY3D may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on our website. We reserve the right at any time to modify or interrupt all or part of the downloads with or without prior notice. In addition, we can add new downloads with or without prior notice. The prices of any product are subject to change at any time by posting the changes on our website.

ACCOUNT

Once the Provider has successfully received the customer’s payment, the customer’s account login information will be emailed to the email address provided during registration. This can take up to 30 minutes after purchase, but generally occurs within 5-10 minutes.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

The Provider reserves the right to suspend and / or cancel any user account without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have canceled their accounts. Examples of reasons for termination include: 1) Abusive behavior and / or excessive negativity towards Provider staff and / or other Provider customers; 2) Repeated defamatory, malicious and / or false statements, including slander against the Provider and / or attempts to persuade potential customers not to purchase products from the Provider; 3) Promote competitive products, contribute to software piracy, computer piracy, spam and other illegal acts; 4) The provider reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others or for other security reasons.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SUPPLIER AND THE SUPPLIER’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SUPPLIER, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DEALERS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PROVIDE THEM.

IN ALL CASES, THE SUPPLIER AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
